Upload the largest version you have — 1200 × 1200 px or more prints beautifully at 3 inches. We check every photo and flag anything that may look soft.

Damaged items & reprints
If your order arrives damaged, contains a production error, or does not match the preview you approved, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, replace or reprint the affected magnet at no additional cost. Email hello@sharingjoys.com and include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Your photos are used only to create and fulfill your SharingJoys order. They will not be displayed publicly or used for marketing unless you provide separate permission.

Frequently asked questions

What size are the magnets?
Every custom photo magnet is a 3" × 3" square. That is the only size and shape we print for this product, so there is no size step to complete.
Can I use the same photo on every magnet?
Yes. Choose “Same photo for all magnets” and upload one image — we print that approved design in your full pack quantity.
What photo quality should I upload?
Aim for at least 1200 × 1200 pixels. We check every upload and flag anything that may look soft once printed at 3 inches.
Will you keep my photos?
Uploads are stored privately with your order so our studio can print it, and are never shown publicly unless you tick the optional social media permission.
Can I edit my magnets after adding them to the cart?
Yes. Open your cart and choose “Edit photos” — your pack, uploads, crops and previews are restored exactly as you left them.
